What is PASS?
PASS is a program used by all individual employees and work groups to check their activities and performance and ensure that they fully meet Company and customer expectations.

PASS consists of five affirmative statements to be made about each of our three primary values; All of the statements relate to accountability.

Our Goals Are:

• Safety - We always value the safety and health of our employees, customers and the workplace above profit and expediency.
• Integrity - We consistently do what we say we are going to do, with the utmost ethical behavior.
• Quality - We take pride in our promise of service with the highest standard of performance and results.
• Superior Service - We may not be the low-cost leader. However, our customers recognize that we deliver everything they need; that we have the experience, talent and capability to surpass their expectations.
